I got it set up and full of pans in like 5 minutes after receiving it. I just laid it horizontally with the long rods down and it hasn’t given me an issue since. I only have one rather large pan and a wok that won’t fit, but the rest fit fine and I’m able to fit 2 small pans in one of the bays. You really have to measure your cabinet to be sure it’ll fit, and make sure you can easily pull the pans out from it without other things being in the way.

I live with a crappy tiny 1977 (pressboard cabinets) kitchen with no room for pans. This pan organizer is amazing. Also, we have 4 adults who each have a favorite pan and don’t want to share. No problem. It organizes all sizes of pans, from gigantic, mega sized pans to those 8″ pans. You will be so glad to have this pan organizer. I would say that the cabinetry that I have is very small, but I got it in by going in at an angle. Makes a world of difference.

this was easy to put together. It holds all my pans. I can not use th top shelf due to my cabinet is too short. I tried to use it holding my cooking pans but I need a solid devision. My husband even had a positive comment about them!

So nice to get one pan, and not have to remove all your pans, you can use it vertical or horizontal. I used horizontal, because I have a few cast iron pans. Comes with screws to attach to your cabinet. I did not attach it and it stays in place just fine. Would also work great for pan lids.
