I was really skeptical at first because they were really hard when I’m used to gels inserts.I stand on my feet all day at work for over 10 hours, moving back-and-forth up and down hallways and they STOPPED the pain. When I first put them on, I thought this ain’t gonna work cause they’re really hard but after an hour at work, I forgot I was wearing them, and when I got home, I noticed my feet and ankles was not hurting anymore.I am flat-footed if this helps

I bought this for my son, who has flat feet. I showed it to his podiatrist, who said that while the arch support is not as good as higher quality, more expensive inserts, at less than 20 dollars, the WalkHero insert is a pretty good purchase. We use the expensive SOLE thin inserts ($60!!!) (I think size 9? possibly size 8?, sorry don’t have it with me) in his size 9 soccer cleats since the WalkHero inserts, per my son, is too thick and bulky. We even tried to put a much smaller mens size 4 1/2 WalkHero in his mens size 9 soccer cleats but that was still too bulky per my son. If you know soccer cleats you’ll know what he’s talking about. We do use this thicker WalkHero insert for his cross training shoes.

I have Really bad plantar fasciitis. A couple of years ago I went To one of those stores that do all the biometrics on your feet to find you the right shoe and insert for your issues. The inserts they sold me, while they WORK, were $70.I wear different shoes every day and am too lazy to switch out one pair of good inserts to whatever shoe I’m wearing that day. I was Not willing to pay $70 for five or more pairs of inserts, so I came Yo Amazon. I found These and they are the bomb & cost less than half of that original set.I have Six pairs of these now. I recommend Them to everyone!

I purchased these for my son who’s on his feet 12+ hours a day at work and was suffering painful feet and back. It’s really hard to find size 15 or 16 shoe inserts and I was so happy to come across these. I have waited several months since purchase to review because I wasn’t sure if they worked as advertised and help relieve his discomfort. He has determined that they did help, especially the first few weeks inserted but that they strarted to become compressed, especially in the heel and pad areas and had become completely compressed and not smoochy by months end. I know inserts generally last 3 months or so and assume his 12 hour shifts were just too much for this insert to handle. I still give 5 stars because they did provide some relief for first few weeks, so there is potential there….now we need to find comfort + longevity @ large size. I would think that for the average consumer, these inserts would last awhile longer.

I have (3) uses for these and they were well in all. I am a size 7-7.5 men’s US sneaker and I have slightly flat feet.- My every day sneakers that I walk around in. Sometimes my sneakers are lightweight nylon mesh style, other types leather/suede stylish ones. I order size 7 and they fit great. Sometimes I can remove the existing insole of my sneaker and replace with these. Other times I can’t and just have to put these on top which makes the sneaker a bit more snug.- Oxford style work shoes. Size 7 shoe, size 7 insert. Works great.- CCM hockey skates. I had extreme foot pain without these and as soon as I put them in, the pain is gone. I wear a size 6 hockey skate so I ordered a size 6 insole. They are very snug so maybe the size lower would be better. They go in and fit just fine but removing them is very difficult as they are wide. I actually have to use pliers to gently pull them out to dry after skating 3 hours. (Pain free!) Nonetheless, I will continue using themI highly recommend these. They are a hard/firm bottom so don’t think you are getting like a gel type insole. They are for providing great arch support, and they do just that. They last a few years before I find a need to replace them. Either from getting funky, or from normal wear causing it to soften up too much.

Color inconsistencies – there weren’t multiple colors back when I bought my first 2 pairs, but now there are multiple colors and I wasn’t sure what the difference was so, I ordered both a yellow and a blue pair. Other reviews say they can’t tell a difference, but there is, 3 main differences, and they’re pointed out in the images.• Blue inserts: have a (1) slightly higher arch and a slightly (2) extra amount of padding found at the transition between the arch and the ball of the foot. Blue inserts also have a (3) deeper heal cup, which I prefer as I feel it helps to hold the foot more in place to prevent eversion (flattening) of the foot. I almost rated 4 stars for this since there is no description of these differences on the Amazon page.Extra thing about yellow – you can see a slight indent near the inside edge of the yellow arch support (circled in photo). On one of my previous pairs this part has worn down to the plastic and digs into the arch but on another pair it hasn’t done this. It can pinch your arch when walking/running if you don’t have thick socks in. This is the main reason I’m sending the yellow insoles back and getting another set of blues. For arch support – these are great, I’ve been buying these inserts since 2018 and get new pairs when old ones wear out as my foot is extremely flat and these are the only ones I’ve been able to stand out of the 10+ brands that I’ve tried. When you have as flat of feet as me (see last picture) you have to have a super rigid arch support, else the arch insert just flattens. My arch was sore for the first week or two but this subsides and has overall helped w/ankle and knee pain.

These are perfect for my pronation issues. I immediately was able to notice walking normal what I needed them for they are so comfortable I would definitely buy more when I could afford to. I also have 8 1/2 shoes and they fit perfectly no cutting needed

My podiatrist recommended these. After using them in my shoes and farm boots for just over a day I know why. I’ve never felt better inserts! I bought two pair and they run true to size and my achy feet don’t hurt tonight. That’s the first time in ages I can say that. I’m diabetic and have post-polio so my feet hurt most of the time. I’m so happy to find something this reasonably priced that works so well.

I received a pair of these through the Amazon vine program to review for free. They function well, but I do wish they had a bit more bounce. However, insoles, as with everything, are skyrocketing in price. This is now my go-to pair to purchase, and they keep my feet feeling great when I’m working and hiking. My previous go-to brand was Spenco, and like I said, I like a little bounce so I prefer them. But Spenco is 167% more expensive than these as I write this, and I’m more than happy with the way these keep my body feeling well.

REVIEW ON AMAZON OFPlantar Fasciitis Feet Insoles Arch Supports Orthotics Inserts for Flat Feet, High Arch, Foot Pain Mens 8 – 8 1/2 | Womens 10 – 10 1/2″Over 68,000 reviews with 4.5 out of 5 star ratings here on Amazon. I’d done lots of research on orthotics after experiencing problems with calf pain, knee pain and plantar fasciitis. I’d been using Superfeet Green and Blue for over 15 years! But the Superfeet seemed to aggravate my knee, calf and plantar fasciitis problem, especially while running. The Green more than the Blue I’d say. When running it was very noticeable that the Superfeet did not offer as much cushion. I figured I could get away with just using the Blue, but the Blue caused the plantar fasciitis to flare up or at least not get better. I figured there must be a better orthotic.THIS IS IT! You can get all kinds of recommendations from podiatrists, sports medicine doctors, physical therapists, like I have and some of their shoes and orthotics can cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars over time.As soon I tried these, there wasn’t even the slightest bit of pain from the Plantar Fasciitis, the knees, or the calf. I worked out at the gym, ran, jumped, did my workouts and it passed the test. And I workout pretty hard.Specifically, I noticed that in contrast to the superfeet, these insole/orthotics are firm but not as rigid as the superfeet. They seem to have a thickness in that arch area that doesn’t dig in but gives and even edge of support along the arch. The forefoot area of the orthotic is comfortable because it again seems supportive but not as hard as the Superfeet. If you’ve suffered from knee or plantar fasciitis pain you know what I’m talking about the sheer relief and joy you feel when that pain is relieved.I’m suspecting that with this kind of support continued with my physical therapy, I’m well on my way to a complete and permanent resolution. All I can say is, the price is right, the reviews of over 68,000 customers and the endorsement of Amazon make this a bet worth taking.3 DAY UPDATE…After 3 days of wearing these all day for walking, exercising, casual wear, I can say that it has reduced my plantar fasciitis pain to ZERO. Even in the morning I don’t feel anything. I pressed on the plantar fasciitis and yes it was a bit tender, but not as much before. I can only conclude that these orthotics take the stress off the plantar fasciitis and are giving it time to heal.1 WEEK UPDATEI continue to have pain relief from Plantar Fasciitis while bicycling, running, working out. One thing I should mention is that sometimes I don’t lace up my shoes tight enough and my foot is sliding around in the shoe on the orthotic. I have to remember to make sure my laces are tight enough and my foot is nice and snug in the shoe against the orthotic for it to be most effective.Another thing is that I’ve discovered Jeff Cavaliere who was physical therapist to the New York Jets Championship baseball team for 3 years. Search youtube: ‘Jeff Cavaliere Plantar Fasciitis’, you’ll see the best explanation of the mechanics of what CAUSES this condition and the stretches he teaches to solve this condition. It’s an eye opener! All those so-called remedies, like rolling the bottom of your foot on a tennis ball are just to help with the symptom of pain, they don’t really address the source and cause of the issue. Watch the video, do the stretch he teaches and see if that doesn’t improve your condition and perhaps solve it for good!
