Tim –
I’ve had it for a couple months now and it runs like a dream. Its fairly heavy so I doubt anything will cause it’s frame issues. No dead pixels as of now.

first 4k monitor. I love it. came with DP style cable, took less than 10 minutes to assemble the base with included screws and screwdriver. I love it!

My work provided me with a MacBook M1. Since one of my monitors was a lower resolution the font was too tiny. I needed a 4k monitor but couldn’t afford to buy an expensive one. This was in my price range and didn’t disappoint! It works perfectly with my MacBook and the font can now display clearly at a good size. My other monitor is an LG Ultrafine 4K and was $400 at the time of purchase. It has a better color and the pictures are more crisp than the Sceptre. It also has adjustable height and Sceptre does not. I missed this detail before buying, but it actually is at the perfect height for me. For $200 less the Sceptre is really amazing and I would highly recommend it if your budget is limited!

For my home office, I have 2x 32″ 4k monitors by another manufacturer. I chose the Sceptre to be my travel monitor both for the dense real estate (resolution) and the 4k settings.I was able to work on my computer and stream TV using the built in speakers. The sound is really good from this monitor. I recommend this as home office/ travel monitor package. For now, I put the monitor in box for traveling and I would love to see monitors like this in the future come with a decent travel bag to protect the screen without having to disassemble the monitor from the base each time. I realize this adds to the cost of the monitor, but what is saves in damages is priceless!

The media could not be loaded. First I have multiple 8k OLED TV’s, tablets, and phones I did not want to spend that much for a PC I rarely use. For the money this is a GREAT BUY. The monitor is super light while the base is solid metal and feels substantial. The picture is excellent especially when you factor in the cost. I would highly recommend this to anyone. My only gripe is it is almost too big. To really appreciate the size of this screen I would need a desk at least 6 inches deeper or sit even farther back from my desk. For emails and web it is to big to sit right at the desk as you have to turn your head from side to side to read. The sound DOES suck like many reviews say but you do not buy a screen like this to listen to it anyways. If going to buy the 32 inch to truly enjoy have a desk at least 36 inch deep (mine is 22 inches deep) or mount on the wall. Oh assembly was so easy a 5yrold could do it. 3screws using the included screwdriver and it snaps to the base. Spacers are included if you want to wall mount it as well.

I decided it was time to upgrade my monitors from 1080p and now I am completely spoiled! These are awesome, affordable monitors for workstations. I do play a few modern games (that don’t require high refresh rates) which is why I had purchased the Sceptre 1440p with the higher rate (just in case).Rather than talk about the various specs, I will simply say that the colors are good and text is nice and crisp. Windows recommends setting magnification to 150% but I run 125%. Setting magnification to 100% is fine as well but is a little much for my needs.

Full quick review, what you need to know…The nitty gritty on this monitor and other 32″ computer Monitors.I just purchased a new 1920x1080P 60 hz 32″ monitor (Won’t name-shame them) and set it up…– I h.a.t.e.d. it (even came with missing pieces and was a highly purchased monitor on Amazon).– 1920x1080P… don’t do it on a 32″ monitor.– The Pixelation made my eyes and head hurt.Immediately I searched for a better quality monitor at the same size for a fair price…. After crunching specs, I found this. The Spectre 32″ 3840 x 2160 IPS 4K UHD Monitor, and just set it up.– 3840 x 2160 IPS… Epic– VESA Mount… Epic– Great monitor control buttons, picture quality, size, and brightness adjustments… Epic– A few weeks and BOOM… Epic– Speakes… Epic…– ***Any haters on the speakers should have exterior speakers.– LED color and style backlight adjustability on the back of the screen… EPICRunning my 96 GB Ram M2 MAX Macbook Pro with this as a 4th screen for Photoshop, video editing, web design, day-trading, and all that fun stuff.Super affordable and Amazing quality.Just. Buy. This.

These are my go-to bang-for-buck workstation monitors. I see them advertised as “gaming monitors,” which strikes me as odd, given that most gamers I know really want at least 120Hz refresh rates for their shooty-shooty-bang-bang partytimes. This? This is a drop-dead-sexy work monitor at a really accessible price, and I’m not sure why you’d choose it for gaming. 99% sRGB gamut, UHD resolution, built-in basic sound that’s not awful…this is a workstation monitor, folks. And it’s a great workstation monitor. I own two. I love them. Bright, clear, colors accurate enough for my light Photoshop work, resolution high enough that fonts just look awesome, smooth and natural…this is a great work monitor. Surprisingly sturdy base — it looks flimsy but it really isn’t — and a beautiful edge-to-edge light and color balance. You want gaming? Look at Sceptre’s other models, with faster refresh rates and lower latency. You want a great 27″ work monitor for under $200? You’ve come to the right place. If your Excel spreadsheets need more than 60fps, your life is much more exciting than mine.

I didn’t use the desk stand, i mounted the monitor on a pneumatic wall arm.I was quiet impressed with the quality for this price, small bezels…I upgraded from an other brand 29″ LCD Ultrawide low res monitor, so for me the image quality is a huge upgrade. The sound however is very bad, has literally zero bass and no depth.Nonetheless the monitor makes up for this in various ways:Positive:- lower power consumption (almost half vs my old monitor)- great image quality- small bezels- buttons easy to use and easy to navigate through settings- 2x hdmi, 2x display ports, 1x audio out- ports on bottomNegative:- sound is really bad- no usb-c port- max 70hzOverall, for the price you really cannot complain you really get a lot and quality is really good as i had purchased SCEPTRE brand before.

I can’t say enough good things about this monitor. Display looks amazing, and makes my macbook pro and video game system look great. No dead pixels at all.Speakers are weak, but that’s to be expected. They work, but I planned on using external speakers. Headphone jack is provided for external speakers or headphones.Stand is surprisingly solid. Back of monitor lights up and cycles through colors (and you customize this or turn it off).Find out the best resolution options for your devices and buy the proper cables. For me, this is a large and high quality monitor for a great price.
