Out of the box this is what you expect from Viewsonic. Solidly built nice brushed metal frame & base not plastic, has a bit of weight to it. Picture quality is very good even running at the lower 2560 x 1440 res, I honestly don’t notice a difference running at the higher native 2 & 4K resolutions for my needs and it definitely eases the strain on older video cards. Movie streaming and text applications are sharp, clear and very customizable in the onboard controls. Does take a little playing with setting to find your preference’s and there’s no real guides to go by, all trial & error. It’s an easy swap to 2 or 4K in the desktop video controls for movies and the this monitor really delivers for this kind of usage and most streaming formatsAt 60hz it won’t dazzle you with higher end gaming at max resolution and again the drop to 2560 x 1440 isn’t noticeable except on the newer gen Ultra high requirement games . Currently running back through my old library of action games and this breathes new life to them. Running on a Nvidia GTX 1070 it still performs beyond my expectations. My only two negatives are the height is fixed, can’t adjust up or down and the field of view is a bit narrow. Sitting straight on it’s great, doesn’t take a lot of angling off to the side to see color fade.

I was looking back through my Amazon purchases. Saw that I had purchased this Viewsonic monitor back on March 3, 2019. That’s 5 1/2 years ago. It is still working great.

Exactly what I was looking for in a @ home computer monitor! Incredibly easy to setup. Well built and super thin bezel with a sharp clear picture even with the sun shining thru my large windows. I couldn’t be happier with not only the price but the quality. Well done Viewsonic!

This monitor paired with a calibrator has improved my photography editing immensely. The colors are wonderful and the monitor is so sharp. Can not recommend it enough.

Make sure you have plenty of distance between your eyes and this monitor. This is absolutely a phenomenal buy. I bought it for my home office and am super impressed by its display colors and the clarity. Thank you for shipping exactly as described.

Right off the bat, the proper way to think about this monitor, due to its enormous size, is as basically the same resolution as a normal, but much more moderately sized (21-23 inch?) 1080p monitor. Being 32 whole flipping inches is going to lower your ppi. This isn’t really a knock against the device, but more of just a simple reality that you should be aware of.The first time I received this product, I had some discoloration about the size of a couple of fists in the bottom left-hand corner which appeared to cause weakness in blacks, causing a noticeable cloud of (relative) brightness when the screen was black but still on, but was completely undetectable in bright colors. I cannot fully attribute this to a manufacturer issue, as there is always a chance there was some mistake in packaging, and I don’t believe it was my fault as I was notably very careful due to the sheer size of the screen and thinness at some parts of the bezel. So, I have not punished this rating in light of that fact. However, credit where credit is due, I started a return, got the monitor 2 days later, and took the thing back to Kohls with all the pieces inside which it was completely painless. The new monitor has no issues whatsoever.Speaking of painless, I have to say that this was packaged very well and it was incredibly easy to put the monitor stand together and attach it to the monitor, as well as take it back apart when I took the first back. It rotates up and down and is not too loose of a hinge at all. The wideness of the base makes it very stable, and it all looks pretty nice. While I cannot speak completely about the “gaming quality” of this device, respectable Google results appear to clock its response time at 4ms, which is not bad at all, and will not be noticeable for anyone but some select godly CSGO or OSU types with the pickiest of tastes. It certainly is an enjoyable experience to have two side by side windows in clear view each take up as much space as the size of my entire previous monitor. It certainly helps someone like me who has a debugger, disassembler, call graph, and google searches all going on at once.If you’re going for gaming, you might want to just go for a smaller 25 inch or so monitor, maybe with 4k. There’s no chance you can see the entire screen all at once unless you are 3 or so feet away. But, if you want a nice crystal clear screen you can do 6 things on at once, then turn it into a HD TV for you and a few friends, while enjoying the occasional semi-competitive gaming, this is easily the correct choice, especially given the prime day discount I got on it.

I was looking for an IPS monitor for my home office to replace a smaller one. This was a great choice. Not only are the aesthetics very nice, the monitor performs great, and the price point is perfect. The thin bezel and panel save space and add to the beauty. The picture quality is crisp and clear with lots of settings to meet any need. Being that it’s an IPS 2K monitor, I cant speak for the gaming quality but for home office I would highly recommend. I will probably buy another soon.
The Moose –
This is a nice quality monitor from Viewsonic. First off, I do not play video games, so my review pertains to home and office type use (MS Office, Web browsing, light duty photo editing, etc.). Having a 4K VA panel 32″ monitor in the office, I can honestly say that this 2K IPS 32″ monitor is a better value for the money. While I can still read text at the full 4K resolution, it is simply uncomfortable for a long time. A more pleasant resolution setting I use in the office is somewhere between 2K and 4K (more towards the 2K mark). Given that experience, I went for the 2K IPS monitor of the same 32″ size at home. The IPS panel vs. VA is a whole lot better, esp. with text on the screen; the VA has some slight but noticeable artifacts with text where the IPS is simply clear. The resolution is comfortable and at this 32″ size there is plenty of “real estate”. So, if you are looking inside the $400 price range for a 32″ monitor don’t get fooled by 4K unless you are planning to watch 4K TV on it perhaps? For home/office use, the 2K IPS is not only cheaper (less than $300) but fits the bill much better.I did a lot of researching and then, at work, I was able to get the 32″ 4K VA panel monitor and, to be honest, it is a disappointing experience for office use; I do not run the full 4K resolution and the VA quality just is not as good as the IPS panel. Having the 32″ 2K IPS (this Viewsonic) at home and given my experience with it, I would have requested the same for the office if I had to do it again. So, while 4K is good for some things for others 2K is preferable in my experience. If you get a chance to compare monitors in this price range for home/office use, you may find the same.Viewsonic is also a top notch brand with a 3 yr warranty. This particular model also has the frameless edge. Not only is the picture quality excellent but the monitor has a nice high quality look.

The ViewSonic 32 Inch 1080p Widescreen IPS Monitor has truly transformed my computing experience. From the moment I powered it on, I was captivated by the stunning visuals and vibrant colors that this monitor delivers. The 1080p resolution is perfect for my work and entertainment needs. Whether I’m editing photos, streaming movies, or working on spreadsheets, the clarity and detail are remarkable. The widescreen aspect ratio adds an extra layer of immersion, making every task feel more engaging. The IPS panel technology is a game-changer. The wide viewing angles ensure that I get consistent colors and sharpness no matter where I’m sitting. This is a huge advantage when collaborating with others or simply enjoying content from different angles. The monitor’s build quality is top-notch. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the slim bezels give it a modern and sleek look that complements any workspace. Setting it up was a breeze, and I appreciate the thoughtful cable management design that keeps my desk clutter-free.I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of connectivity options this monitor offers. From HDMI to DisplayPort, it’s clear that ViewSonic has designed this monitor with versatility in mind. The built-in speakers are a convenient addition for when I want to enjoy audio without using external speakers. But what truly sets this monitor apart is the value for the price. Getting a 32-inch display with these features at this price point is an absolute steal.Whether you’re a professional seeking a reliable display for your creative tasks or someone who simply wants a stunning monitor for entertainment, the ViewSonic 32 Inch 1080p Widescreen IPS Monitor won’t disappoint. It’s a visual feast that brings a new level of enjoyment to my daily computing routine. Highly recommended!
