I bought this in December 2021. I could have bought another brand but I chose this brand because of the high reviews from “real” Amazon shoppers. I have two homes and I put this faucet in my work condo (there usually from M-F) . I also upgraded the faucet in my other home and hubby insisted we buy a quality one. For the sake of the brand, I will not allude to which one I bought, but will say it was one of the big three (Kohler, Delta, or Moen). Both bought in December 2021. Now fast forward to today, both are still working, however, the WEWE has far outstood the wear and tear of regular use. The big brand one leaks as it comes loose often, no problem with the WEWE. The big brand one pull down is stiff and takes a bit of work to retract, no problem with the WEWE. When I replace the one in my other home, I will buy this brand again. The only negative about the WEWE is the plumber who installed it for me laughed at the name. Well, he can laugh all he wants, this faucet has proved its worth and more!

I bought this as a replacement for a Delta kitchen sink faucet that basically failed after six years as the pull-out head would no longer go back into place without forcing the hose back into the housing. This required about 15 seconds of careful threading and cursing.I favor minimalist designs with no unnecessary trim or features to break, so this fit the bill perfectly. Most important was the ability to mount in in a single hole as opposed to the old-style three-hole mount (you can do both with this model though if you want.).I was honestly really impressed with the packaging for this faucet. It was very high-quality and the components thoughtfully laid out inside. The instructions were very clear and did not contain any of the usual crazy grammar/sentence structure you might expect from a Chinese manufacturer.I’ve installed a LOT of kitchen sink faucets over the past three decades and this was by far the easiest and most intuitive installation ever. The supply lines connect directly to the water shutoff valves and there’s no screwing around with separate supply lines, washers, and those ever-so-easy-to-twist flexible copper tubes coming out of the bottom of most faucets. The single central mounting spigot with a HAND-TIGHTENABLE nut on the bottom side of the faucet is genius. Anyone who’s ever tried to tighten the two tiny screws on a typical mounting plate while lying upside down inside the sink cabinet with bad lighting will think this new method is Manna from heaven. From start to finish, it took me MAYBE five minutes to completely install the faucet, connect the water lines, and test. Every manufacturer should make it this easy.Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Some people mentioned the lack of a magnetic clasp for the removable sprayer head but I’ve found this to be a complete non issue. The hose glides very smoothly through the faucet base and the weight they supply is more than heavy enough to pull the head back into its resting position every time. The best way to describe it is to say it just feels like there’s a magnet there anyway. You’d never notice the difference. After several months of daily use I’ve had zero issues. The finish still looks perfect despite a number of heavy cleanings of the sink using the Pink Stuff, a moderately tough abrasive. No leaks, squeaks, noises, or other complaints so far.I also ordered the matching in-sink soap dispenser. The finish matches perfectly (I got the gray, which looks like slate stainless steel if you’re trying to match with appliances). My only wish is that they also sold sink-hole plugs so I could match the finish there as well. I couldn’t find anything on Amazon to match the slate-gray color of this faucet. Black stainless steel is too dark and both brushed nickel and brushed stainless steel are too light. So WEWE if you’re reading this, please make some hole plugs in matching finishes as well! I’ll be your first buyer. All in all, this is a really, really nice faucet for the price and by far the best installation experience I’ve ever had putting in a kitchen sink faucet.

All the positive reviews are spot on. This is a really nice kitchen faucet and it works so well. It’s stylish and so well thought out in its designed, thus making it a breeze to install. We bought it to replace a similar looking Delta faucet we’ve had about 17yrs now. The old faucet worked just fine, but was tarnished some with age and needed to be completely removed before being able to thoroughly clean the porcelain sink around and under the base cover plate. My wife and I thought that would be a lot of work for a faucet that old. We were proven right. As for my our new WEWE faucet, it has several obvious, at least to me, improvements over the design of that old faucet. The base cover plate, if needed, doesn’t require two hold down nuts securing the base plate and uses a foam fitted cushion on its underside that allows the base to compress and conform tightly to the sink when the large plastic securing nut is installed. All this is accomplished without the use of anything other than your hand I might add. What’s the advantage of this base cover design? For one, it makes for two less nuts to install or remove. Those two nuts on the old faucet were very hard for me to reach. If you do need to use the base cover as we did, you’ll feel pretty confident that over time water won’t be working its way under the cover. When we removed the old faucet base, we found the under side had mold along with a calcium build-up that had developed over its many years of use. Removal of the old faucet was not easy either. In addition to difficulties reaching & removing those two nuts securing the base, removal of the metal weight that was used to pull the faucet nozzle back up was a real pain. It was designed much like a donut with a center hole. The water feed tube going to the nozzle had to pass through this hole. That was accomplished by using a 2-piece feed tube that plugged together after passing the tube through the hole of the weight. To guarantee the tube didn’t pull apart over time a clip-on plastic piece was added keeping together this 2-piece tube. That connection never failed, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t separate the tubes to remove the metal weight after taking off the plastic clip. Bottom line, in order to remove the old faucet I was forced to reach way up to cut the non-metal braided side of the feed tube so I could get the weight off. This was the only way the water lines would ever pass thru the mounting hole of the sink before allowing me to remove the old faucet which, I might add, was now trash. Instead, this WEWE faucet uses a plastic covered weight that is hinged and locks around the feed tube. This weight won’t be banging metal to metal again the copper water pipes like the old weight did until I added a soft cushion in between. This weight was soooo easy to install and I’ve already tested, it’s so easy to take off if needed, therefore, there’s no need to destroy the feed tube like I had to with the old faucet. Great improvement in design. Bottom line, I think anyone who buys this faucet will be happy they did. In addition to it’s nice looks and smooth operation, it’s super easy to install and backed by a 5 year warranty. Now it’s time for me end this review and register my new faucet!

I saw several highly positive, detailed reviews. Read them … I agree. LOVE this faucet. The only thing left is to see how long it lasts, so time will tell. I can say this faucet was the easiest install I’ve ever encountered. No odd connections, difficult threading of parts through holes, no difficult reaches for tools. Simple, simple. We replaced a “K” brand faucet that — had we gone with another of THAT brand — would have cost three times what this one cost. The old one was heavier, which only seemed to serve in a way that just made it harder to use. The old faucet still “worked” but needed an 8-cent O ring to properly put back together after cleaning out junk that regularly collects during normal use and which made the spigot hard to turn from side to side. The 8-cent O ring was only offered in a $50 service kit, which was not available for purchase anywhere I could find BAH! In contrast, this new WEWE is attractive, sturdy, SOOO easy to use. One other thing — when shopping to replace the kitchen faucet, I checked for availability for replacement parts — I’m a pretty decent “shopper” but for some reason the day I was looking I could not find parts that were listed to work with 100% certainty for any of the new “D”, “M” or “K” faucets I was considering getting from our favorite box stores nearby. But this “newbie” brand had replacement parts that were easy to identify as “correct” for this faucet, and at a very reasonable price. Summary, I LOVE the way this faucet looks, feels and works, and I LOVE how easy it was to install, and for the price, if it does not last (and I don’t see any obvious reason why this new one shouldn’t work at least as long as the “K” we just got rid of) … but if it wears out, it seems I could still replace this TWICE for the same money as one of those other brands “medium quality” offerings. So the adventure begins. (NOTE and TIP … I was wrong at first about which direction to place the control handle on this new faucet. I started with it to the right as in the pictures. But turning it front and center has worked vastly better for us. Now it is over the sink, so wet hands stay over the sink when turning it off. Much easier to reach from any direction. Oh, and because of the design of this faucet, I was able to turn the direction without tools in a matter of seconds. LOVE THIS THING! Wish every purchase turned out this well.

I bought this to replace the faucet at the galley sink on my sailboat. The old one had become plugged with the sand that accumulates over the years. The high rise design of this faucet is really handy for filling pots with water and the spray head works great for washing down the sinks. One feature that I really like about this faucet is that the spray or flow setting stays the way you left it when you turn it off. The old faucet reverted to the full flow mode when turned off and I had to turn the spray back on every time I used it.The hose has a longer reach than on my old faucet. This one will reach all the way to the stove on my boat which is very handy.Installation was much easier than for many of the other faucets I have installed. Its a long reach up behing the sink to tighten the nut that secures the faucet to the counter top. The nut on this unit is longer than on others I have installed so I can get a good grip on it and tighten it securely. The connections to the water supply are well designed and were leak free without the need for me to go around and tighten the fittings after turning the water on.The instructions for cleaning the screen that filters out sand particles look much easier than on other faucets I have had. They tell you to clip a binder clamp on the hose to keep it from going back into the faucet when you remove it head for cleaning. I found this to be an excellent way to keep the head in a pot when filling it. I don’t have to stand there and hold the head while the pot fills. If I were just to let the head go without the binder clamp on the hose the head would retract and spray water all over the place in the process. The binder clamp is a great idea. The finishe is nice and the faucet rotates easily.

I have purchased three of these (chrome, bronze, and black) for 3 different kitchens. Very pleased with the appearance, function, and ease of installation. Have used the first one for several months while the other two are more recent installs. They don’t appear as “sturdy” as the much higher priced options, but that is only based on appearance. Will be interested in how they hold up in everyday use over time, but I’ve had to replace units that cost 3-4 times more than these units after too few years, so I’m happy to give these a serious try.

Have had this in use for a while. Our tap water is very hard and has high total dissolved solids, so we often cannot “clean” the nozzles like we hoped, but with vinegar this head cleans well. Nozzles stay open. No leaks. Weighted cord helps with retraction. Black color was desired and looks good, and is easy to clean. Valve is durable and easy to operate. All functions / buttons work well, with positive feel and make/break action between functions.

I recently renovated my kitchen, and the WEWE Kitchen Sink Faucet with Soap Dispenser has been the cherry on top of my kitchen makeover! From the moment I unboxed it, I knew I was dealing with quality. The sleek and modern design immediately caught my eye, and it perfectly complements my new countertops and cabinetry. The brushed nickel finish adds a touch of elegance and seamlessly blends with the rest of my kitchen decor.Installation was a breeze, even for someone like me who’s not particularly handy. The instructions were clear and straightforward, and I had it up and running in no time. Plus, the included soap dispenser is a fantastic bonus! It keeps my counter clutter-free and adds to the faucet’s overall functionality. The real star of the show, though, is the faucet’s performance. The single-handle design makes adjusting the water temperature and flow a one-handed task, which is super convenient when I’m juggling pots and pans. The high-arc spout gives me plenty of room to wash large dishes, and the pull-down sprayer is a game-changer. It has great water pressure and switches easily between stream and spray modes, making everything from rinsing vegetables to cleaning the sink a breeze. Not only does this faucet look amazing, but it also feels solid and well-built. It’s clearly designed to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen, and I have no doubt it will serve me well for years to come.

Looks great, fair price, functions smoothly, and easy to install. The on/off button on the sprayer head is a really great idea.

Great looking nickel finish faucet for the price. Just installed and operation feels solid and smooth as well. Spray head works great also.Easy to install once old faucet removed. Only slight issue was clearance underneath counter for weight simply used to return spray head back into place after pulling out of faucet stand for use. My plumbing had small spacing between the cold and hot water valves leaving little space for the return weight to freely move directly under faucet inside cabinet underneath without catching on something during its motion. The weight travel is equal to the distance the spray head is pulled from the faucet stand. It took a little figuring to position as such for free travel. You could use an extension spring to bias the flexible water line or in my case I used a flat piece of 12x4x1/8” thick plastic sheet so the weight would slide up and down against it and not hit any of the lower plumbing during its travel. Operates smoothly with the sheet in place and used zip ties to secure the lines allowing for the motion.
